Start with the problem

Your pipe issue doesn’t need to become a building project.

Traditional replacement can mean excavation, broken finishes and multiple trades. When the existing pipe is structurally suitable, internal coating offers a more focused route.

01

Recurring leaks

The visible patch may not address corrosion or wear further along the line.

02

Corrosion & scaling

A rough, deteriorated interior restricts flow and continues to degrade.

03

Difficult access

Pipes beneath tiles, concrete, pools or occupied spaces are costly to expose.

04

Downtime pressure

Hotels, homes and operating facilities need a repair plan built around continuity.

Diagnosis before method. We inspect the line and confirm whether coating, local repair or another solution makes sense.

The no-dig alternative

A new protective surface inside the pipe you already own.

Specialist polyurethane is applied to a correctly prepared pipe, creating a smooth, continuous internal surface. The method targets the pipe itself—not the floors, landscaping or finishes around it.

  • Flexible PU systems selected for the application
  • Fast curing to support shorter shutdown windows
  • Smooth internal finish with documented inspection
  • A rehabilitation proposal built around actual pipe condition
Compare it with replacement

One accountable process

Inspect. Prepare. Coat. Verify.

Every reliable result begins before the coating is opened.

01

Inspect

We assess access, pipe condition, service and project constraints.

02

Prepare

The internal surface is cleaned, dried and prepared for adhesion.

03

Coat

The selected PU system is applied under controlled conditions.

04

Verify

We check the rehabilitated line and document the completed scope.

Choose the disruption

Replace everything around the pipe—or rehabilitate the pipe itself.

Coating is not the answer to every failure. But where the pipe is suitable, it can remove much of the collateral work from the repair.

No blanket promises. We recommend coating only after technical assessment.

Inspection proof

The inside of the pipe is the proof.

Every suitable project begins and ends with camera inspection. We document the internal condition, measured position, coating continuity and critical transitions—so the result is based on recorded evidence, not a promise.

Inspection images are project-specific records. Pipe condition, access and suitability are assessed individually before any rehabilitation method is recommended.

Why verification matters

A coating is only as reliable as the work behind it.

During inspection we sometimes find previously installed coating that has lost continuity, detached or left areas insufficiently protected. A reliable rehabilitation process must be controlled from preparation to final camera review.

  • Inspect and record the existing condition
  • Prepare and dry the substrate correctly
  • Verify coverage, connections and transitions after curing

Inspection note: These two images show existing coating discovered by our team. The pictured installation was carried out by others. No installer is identified.

Straight answers

Questions before we inspect.

Good pipe rehabilitation starts with knowing the limits as well as the possibilities.

Ask Niko directly
What is no-dig PU pipe coating?

It is an internal pipe rehabilitation method. After inspection and preparation, a specialist polyurethane system forms a smooth protective surface inside the existing pipe, reducing the need to remove floors, walls or landscaping.

Is every damaged pipe suitable for coating?

No. Pipe material, structural condition, access, diameter and the service carried all matter. We inspect first and recommend coating only when it is technically appropriate. If another repair is better, we will say so.

Which pipes can you assess?

We assess drainage, rainwater, vertical stacks, selected industrial lines and specialist marine applications. Suitability is confirmed project by project.

Will you need to open floors or walls?

The aim is to work through existing or targeted access points and avoid opening finished surfaces unnecessarily. Some projects still need local access or enabling work, which we identify during the assessment.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on pipe length, diameter, condition, preparation and access. Many suitable projects create far less downtime than conventional replacement; we provide a realistic programme after inspection.

Is PU coating the same as epoxy lining?

No. Polyurethane and epoxy are different material families with different performance characteristics. We focus on fast-curing, flexible PU systems where they match the pipe and operating conditions.

Do you work with hotels, apartments and industry?

Yes. We provide inspection-led proposals for homeowners, hotels, apartment blocks, facilities, commercial sites, industrial operators and marine projects.

Do you cover all Cyprus?

Yes. Coat My Pipes is based in Paphos and assesses suitable projects across Cyprus.
